The Lobster Boat Restaurant is located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and was established in 1984. We receive fresh seafood deliveries 6 days a week and we strive to be second to none. We are home of superb quality, spectacular values and friendly people specializing in delicious New England seafood.

Located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and established in 1984, The Lobster Boat is owned by business partners Janet Johnston and John Thistle. We have been working together here for over 30 years. As special as that may seem, we have employees that have been working here longer than us. Our kitchen staff and front of the house managers are ServSafe Certified guaranteeing proper preparation and attention to detail. We believe the secret to our success (shh… and don’t tell anyone) is consistent fresh product, meticulous detail to sanitation and cleanliness, shared mutual respect for all and embracing our staff and customers as family all while sharing our love of food.

We continue to attract customers who are looking for a true New England seafood experience. We are best known for our excellent fresh seafood, relaxed family vibe and award-winning staff; however, we are also celebrated for our steak tips, grilled and fried chicken, delicious pasta dinners and award winning burgers.
